Today would have been fine if my mom hadn’t made a fattening lunch for me.  Oh well.  It was free food.  And it was good.  It isn’t like I have tuna every day.  Or chips.

est: at like 1000 even if that is generous

salad w/ turkey and ff dressing: 150

calorie total: 1560

gym: 40 mins on the elliptical (3 miles, est. 400 calories burned)
