Ugh. That pretty much sums up today’s run. Perhaps this might be the reason as to why?
Long run, leg day, run, 2 hours of Pilates = my last 4 days. I might not be able to walk tomorrow.

Weather: Mild, sunny on the way back, humid
How did the run go?
UGH. I didn’t sleep well last night and I’m fairly certain that played a part as well as the fact that I wasn’t well hydrated or fuelled. I couldn’t keep a steady pace. I felt sluggish and tired the entire time. Oh well, it happens. Hopefully tomorrow’s 3 miles will be a lot better!
